ADDIE Model Remixed : Strategis for Designing with Open Content + Terjemahan

Abstract
Three groups of at least four Instructional Designers were asked to design instruction utilizing primarily
open content according to the following three criteria: It has to teach; it has to be cool; it has to show
things that couldn't be done without open materials. We observed first-hand how the ADDIE model was
“remixed” by the requirement to use primarily open materials. We also suggest several recommendations
to those who plan to remix and re-share open content for instruction including: decide on a specific target
audience and try to meet their needs with your instruction, focus your design on specific learning objectives and follow an accepted instructional strategy, do formative evaluations to determine if content
is useful to your target audience, and set up ways to receive feedback on your instruction.
